IMPACT
Together,
we FIGHT
FOR LIFE
Hundreds of thousands have been joining the mission of the March since its inception. The March happens every year in January, but it is also a mission that spans the country and the digital sphere 365 days a year. The following are just a few of the highlights of what is possible when people rally behind the importance of the dignity of life.

Theme: Together Strong: Life Unites!
Date: January 29, 2021
- Each of us has a critical and irreplaceable role to play in building a culture of life. As Mother Teresa of Calcutta put it, ‘You can do what I cannot do. I can do what you cannot do. Together we can do great things.’ From choosing adoption to joyfully accepting the responsibilities of fatherhood and motherhood, from sidewalk counseling to lobbying, from prenatal care to post-abortion support, from praying for the most vulnerable to voting to protect them, everyone is desperately needed. Our gifts and talents, united in the service of one common mission, make us Together Strong!

Theme: Life Empowers: Pro-Life is Pro-Woman
Date: January 24, 2020
- 2020 marks the centennial of the 19th Amendment, giving women the right to vote. As we celebrate this great moment in history, we remember and honor the suffragists, the original feminist leaders who recognized the inherent dignity of the unborn and that abortion not only ended a life but harmed women. The pro-life movement continues their legacy, recognizing that equal rights begin in the womb.
Theme: Unique from Day One: Pro-Life is Pro-Science
- Being pro-life is not in opposition to science. It’s quite the opposite in fact! Medical and technological advancements continue to reaffirm the science behind the pro-life cause – that life begins at fertilization, or day one, when egg meets sperm and a new, unique, human embryo is created.
When life begins and the stages of prenatal development are scientific facts. Humanity – and our uniqueness as individuals – begins at day one, at fertilization. Life, in its most vulnerable form, should be protected.

Theme: The Power of One
- One person can make a difference in the world, whether in the life of one person or many. Sadly, in the U.S. alone, more than 1 million babies are not even given the opportunity to live and change the world each year. Building a culture of life and ending abortion takes each and every person. Starting with your family or neighborhood, our collective efforts will change hearts and minds, save lives, and build a culture of life.

Theme: Pro-Life and Pro-Woman Go Hand in Hand
- It has been said — politically and culturally — that for one to be pro-woman one must be pro-choice. But nothing could be further from the truth. Sadly, there are so many confusing messages regarding women and the issue of abortion, compounded by the false “war on women” rhetoric.
The truth is that life is the empowering choice for women. It’s best for women and families facing unplanned pregnancies, and it’s best for developing female babies in the womb. Abortion harms women, and affects our society as a whole, in so many ways.

Theme: Every Life is a Gift
- Tragically, studies reveal that approximately 85% of preborn babies diagnosed in the womb with fetal abnormalities are aborted. That national abortion average is approximately 20%. Any abortion is one too many, but these precious children are being eradicated through abortion.
We aim to bring attention to this issue, on the 25th anniversary of the Americans With Disability Act, which allows for disabled Americans to live much fuller lives than years ago. There is a sad irony that those with disability can flourish as never before, but so many are never able to be born. Let’s also allow the little ones in the womb the most basic right, to live and then fully enjoy those protections.
